The terms that govern your use of ArisX and our Services.
Last updated: 24 August 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ArisX platform, websites, and related services (the “Services”). ArisX is the marketing name of Arion Analytics Private Limited (“ArisX”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation.
ArisX operates a debt-resolution marketplace and related tools that lenders use to segment portfolios, present policy-driven settlement offers, and enable borrowers to resolve accounts. Features, availability, and scope may change over time. Any specific commercial terms — such as portfolios covered, fees, and service levels — are set out in a separate order form or agreement executed with your organisation, which prevails over these Terms in case of conflict.
You must be capable of forming a binding contract and, where you act for a lender, be duly authorised to do so. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at info@arisx.in of any unauthorised use or suspected breach.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of the data your organisation provides. You grant us the rights necessary to process that data to deliver the Services. Every offer ArisX renders is executed within the policy, waiver limits, and approvals your organisation configures — decision rights remain with you. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Services, including all software, designs, and content provided by us, are and remain the property of ArisX and its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for your internal business purposes for the duration of your subscription. No other rights are granted.
The Services may integrate with third-party systems (for example, communication, payment, or telephony providers). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party acts or omissions.
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or achieve any specific recovery outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the fees paid by your organisation to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. Either party may terminate as set out in the applicable order form, or we may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Services ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, without prejudice to any dispute-resolution mechanism agreed in a separate order form.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will make them known through a notice on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
